Insider Reporting
Insiders across Canada are generally required to report any changes in their securities holdings within five calendar days. Refer to National Instrument 55-104 for more information. Failure to report these changes can be a serious threat to the confidence of the capital markets.
The SEDI Late Filers report below includes the names of insiders of Alberta-based issuers who have reported late on the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI). This report is presented in a year to date format for calendar years beginning in 2014 and is updated weekly. The report is based on the date the insider report is filed. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information included in the SEDI Late Filers report; however, the accuracy of the report cannot be guaranteed. An insider or market participant that identifies an error in the report should contact the ASC promptly. The report will be revised as necessary.
